In Nevada, Send Network One Day is hosted in partnership with Send Network Nevada’s BUILDX, helping further equip and connect church leaders and believers around a shared vision for church planting and multiplication. It is the same event for Nevada.

Every supporting and sending church across the country that’s currently investing in church planting in Nevada is invited—and expected—to attend each year.

Your presence and advocacy are vital. It’s a chance to celebrate what God is doing through your partnership and to advocate for your church planting partner by inviting and bringing new potential supporting churches with you.

Yes! At BUILDX, you’ll have the opportunity to hear powerful stories and catch the vision for church planting across Nevada. You’ll also get to meet each of the church planting teams, learn about their specific ministry contexts, and discover how—and with whom—your church can partner.

You’ll walk away with a clear sense of why partnering with a church plant in Nevada can be mutually beneficial, no matter where your church is located.

Yes! Any of those are great options. However, we recommend that the senior pastor, missions pastor, or missions team leader—someone who can help make decisions about mission partnerships—attend.

We also encourage you to bring along any team or church members who are: praying about missions, considering becoming a church planter or joining a planting team, or simply someone you’re developing who needs to catch a deeper heart for the mission.

Yes! There’s no better way to explore the idea of church planting—or joining a church planting team—than by spending time with planters and team members, hearing both the incredible stories and the real challenges of the journey.

Every year, we see God use this gathering to inspire and clarify next steps for a wide range of Kingdom leaders as they move closer to their potential calling.

We don’t even need to answer this—of course, YES! All Nevada planters and church planting team members are expected to attend.

Come celebrate all that God is doing through you and through us. We are building TOGETHER.

It’s ultimately up to you, but we strongly recommend arriving in time for the pre-event dinner on Monday, September 21 at 4:00 PM. This is the first BUILDX environment and a must-attend for partners and potential partners.

Throughout the conference, you’ll meet church planters from across Nevada. If you’re not already connected to a specific planter and would like to explore multiple opportunities, we encourage you to stay an extra day and plan to depart Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. Use BUILDX to meet a variety of planters, then take additional time afterward to connect more intentionally with those you’re most aligned with.

If a planter is serving in another part of Nevada, we’ll help you identify next steps for visiting their context and moving toward a meaningful partnership.

You will be responsible for booking your own accommodations while in Las Vegas, either by phone or online. We will be announcing an official conference hotel soon, along with a discount code for attendees. While staying at the conference hotel is not required, it is highly encouraged.

Transportation will be provided to and from the conference hotel for all BUILDX participants throughout the conference.

This depends on when you arrive in Vegas and what “extra” time you will have to explore the city. Uber and Lyft are also great options to get around Vegas.  You can easily take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel and/or church.

Buses will be available for you from the hotel to Southern Hills Church for the entire conference, including activities downtown.

Because one of the primary audiences of BUILDX is sending churches from across Nevada and around the country—as well as churches currently supporting or exploring support for church plants—these two dinners are vital for partnership development with Nevada planters and their teams.

These dinners are more than just a meal before the main sessions. Each gathering will include intentional content designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen partnerships for church planting.

A ticket is required to attend these dinners. If you fall into one of the categories below, you can register for the pre-event dinners during the registration process.

This experience is completely optional. We will take a “short” sunrise hike to the peak of Exploration Park, which is one of the best overlooks of Las Vegas. You will be provided a map and prayer guide.  If you are out of town and staying at the Conference Hotel, transportation will be provided. You will be able to return to the hotel to change before the morning sessions. 

This special activity is for:

This experience is completely optional.  During our Tuesday afternoon extended break, a bus will be provided for participates to visit our Send Relief Ministry center downtown. At this tour, you will learn all about the incredible compassionate Gospel work being done in the heart of Las Vegas. You will meet the staff, hear stories of life change and see how God is using churches, together in the heart of Las Vegas to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the most vulnerable.  

If you are a sending or supporting church that wants to bring a mission trip through one of the church plants, you will hear how the Send Relief Ministry Center works with church plants to provide ministry opportunities for mission teams.

To cap off BUILDX 2026, we’ll celebrate together with a short bus ride downtown for a fun tourist activity in the city. It’s a great way to wrap up the event and spend some final, meaningful time with church planters and their teams.

After the downtown experience, buses will drop attendees off at both the conference hotel and the conference venue.
